Moving to US

After staying in such a beautiful and colorful country it was tough to take a decision of moving out of my country for studies and coming to United States. Both the countries are completely different.Culture , food and even the driving side. But the people and facilities are so good which made it little better to cope with new environment. Food was the first thing and one of the toughest thing to adjust with.Missing mom's handmade food remained always one of the weakness to deal with. But America is a country which is most diversified in every aspect, so this made me try all  types of cuisine available here like Mexican, Mediterranean and many more.Coming to the next thing is driving, back in India the driving is in left side, whole lot of crowded cities, too many two wheelers, people moving in slow and steady speed due to jam traffics in every ten minutes and honking but here in United States the scenario is completely different driving is in right side, less crowded, hardly can find two-wheelers on road, high speed and less traffic jam, it was good though but even tough to manage with that high speed for an Indian who hardly experience driving vehicle above 70km/hr within  a city.

Even though certain different trends in United States , it was always an amazing experience to learn new and ambitious stuff which was quite helpful to make me an independent soul.

Colorfest was not the only festival celebrated on campus. In the month of October their was also a grand celebration organised by the College on the occasion of Diwali. Various activities were performed such as traditional dance, fire work, Indian food and music and everyone dressed in ethnic wear. This Diwali was one of the best Diwali I have ever celebrated.

Last but not the least, though I have spent a very less time in this new country now , but it feels like I'm living here from quite long back. It is a beautiful experience staying with new set of people and understanding new culture. I wish I could get a chance to travel around to many different places around the world to learn and enjoy the culture at new places.
